Unique Gardens in Wanaka

A quiet walk around our large garden will help to stretch your legs after your days travel or just sit beside the fish pond or in our court yards with a glass of wine.  A great way to enjoy the summer evening in our peaceful, tranquil environment. What really makes this garden unique however, are Brian's numerous sculptures which are a  features in the garden. See the images below.

  Bed and Breakfast Homestay Accommodation The main guest room named 'The Jasmine Room' has a queen size bed and TV. The second guest bedroom has two single beds. The guest bathroom has a shower, spa bath, basin and toilet. You have your own guest lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and filtered water.       Self-contained studio Attached to the house is a self-contained studio with kitchen, washing machine and dryer, gas hot water heating. Wanaka Activities

Wanaka Activities You might think we'd be biased but in all honesty you really need 3-4 days to do Wanaka properly. If you do nothing more than a round of golf followed by sitting on the lake shore  reading a book it'll be 3 of the most wonderful days of your holiday. If you want to get a bit more adventurous and walk the Rob Roy Glacier track (3.5hrs return) or take a scenic flight into Milford Sound you'll be telling people that was the best short walk/scenic flight you've ever done. Golf in Wanaka

Golf is our passion and Wanaka has a wonderful course where visitors are welcome. Brian is a past captain and president of the Wanaka golf club and Susanne enjoys a round of golf at least 3 times a week. Brian and Susanne

Brian and Susanne are Wanaka locals after 22 years in the area. Brian is a busy artisan who enjoys a bit of golf while Susanne is a busy golfer who enjoys entertaining guests. The kids have gone and only our cats 'Cambo and Ping' are in residence. One of the many high-lights of your stay is our garden- 22 years in the making.

Collinson's Apartment Our newly completed apartment is of contemporary design, with a flavour for the past. Built to provide all your needs winter and summer. It is set within our established garden, with its own private barbeque area and car parking. The apartment is in a private location and all the facilities are brand new. Welcome you to our home. On arrival you will be greeted with 'afternoon tea', some fresh baking and a friendly chat.

We are down-to-earth Kiwi's with only one thing in mind, making this your home a way from home. We have six years experience in the B & B industry and have made many friends over that time.

Our Bed and Breakfast consists of a queen room, a twin room and self contained studio. A full continental breakfast is included in the tarrif.

We are centrally located only 5 minutes to the shops and a wonderful range of restaurants where your taste buds will be catered for then home to a comfey bed ready for your next days activities.
